Frequently asked questions

How long does a website take?

A company site is usually 3–5 weeks from workshop to launch. A shop is 6–10 weeks, depending on integrations and how quickly we receive product photos and descriptions.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes, that is standard. You get a CMS, training and a video walkthrough. Changing text, images or adding a page needs no contact with us.

What about the old site and our Google ranking?

We map old URLs to new ones with 301 redirects, migrate content and preserve heading structure, so the ranking you built does not vanish.

Do you do SEO?

Full technical SEO and keyword-optimised copy are included. Ongoing SEO is a separate service — we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense in your market.

Which payments and couriers do you connect?

Przelewy24, PayU, Stripe, BLIK and deferred payments. Couriers: InPost, DHL, DPD, Poczta Polska. We also integrate BaseLinker for orders and stock.

What if I need something simpler and cheaper?

We have MiniSite and MiniShop packages with a fixed price and short lead time. A good choice when the scope is predictable.
